In addition to providing advice and support for professional athletes, another important part of our work is the promotion of young talent in all of Germany's the competitive youth leagues. The aim is to accompany and assist a young athlete on the road to becoming a professional soccer player. We want to increase the chances that a young hopeful will one day indeed reach the highest levels of national and international soccer. Competent and, most importantly, realistic career planning and consulting are top priorities in this area.

The primary focus is on the best sports training possible for an up-and-coming player. To this end, we work closely not only with the young players we represent, but also with their parents and home clubs (trainers, youth leaders). We regard the "pro-soccer" project as a team effort for all involved.

We also support our young clients off the field, because the uncertain professional playing career of any junior athlete must always be hedged by a solid educational and professional background. In these areas as well, we are always at the athlete's side to provide advice and support. Starting in these young years, every player makes his or her own investment in an individual future. This is important for the athlete and for us, which is why we ensure that our clients have the intensive and reputable support they need.
